This Privacy Policy governs data collection, maintenance, disclosure and use of the website: “Website”) and/or using the online registration and application platform (hereinafter “Platform ”) belonging to Connecting Talent Technology FZCO, a company holding trade license no. DSO-FZCO-1824 (hereinafter “”, “us”, “we”, “our”). aims to connect students and other individuals (hereinafter “Students”) with employers within the United Arab Emirates (hereinafter “Customers through its Website”) for employment opportunities. 


Students and Customers who choose to access and use the Website and/or Platform (hereinafter “you” or “User(s)”) consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms and Conditions ( (hereinafter “T&Cs”)  and Terms of Use ( (hereinafter “Terms”). All definitions, capitalized terms and interpretations used in our T&Cs and Terms have been adopted in this Privacy Policy. If a User does not wish to consent to our Privacy Policy and/or Terms, we reserve the right to refuse that User access to the Website.


Pursuant to this Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to use any information relating to an individual who accesses the Website (hereinafter “Personal Information”), for the purposes of statistical analysis and improvement of the Website. By using the Website, Users agree to the collection and use of their Personal Information in accordance with this Policy. 



    1. This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of Personal Information in connection with any provision of services offered by to current or prospective clients.

    4. Notwithstanding Clause 1.3 above, Users acknowledge and agree that any applications or job vacancies posted on the Website are for positions within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Hence Users should only use this Website where they intend to recruit employees from, or work within, the jurisdiction of the UAE and any data provided to us will be processed, stored and distributed in accordance with UAE laws.  

    5. We may use the User’s contact information from time to time to notify them with information about our Website and its services.



    1. We collect Personal Information from you when:

      1. you create an account on our Website;

      2. we request additional information from you in order to facilitate your use of our Website and services;

      3. submit a request for our services on any third-party landing page established by us, including google forms; and

      4. request information, subscribe for a service, participate in a survey, send us an email, post a resume, complete an interview with us, upload content on your account or otherwise actively send us data or use our Website.

    2. By accessing the Website, Users grant consent to our use of their Personal Information in line with this Privacy Policy. The Personal Information we collect may include (without limitation):

E-mail addresses, age, contact information, location information, resumes of Students, job descriptions from Customers, information relating to Student’s skills, interests and education, any search item that the User enters on the Website, and any other content that the User might share with us while they use the Website, whether consciously or unintentionally;

      2. Technical information, including the internet protocol address used to connect the User’s computer or mobile phone to the internet, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform; and

      3. Non-personal identification (hereinafter “Non-Personal Information”) information about Users, including, technical information about the User’s means of connection to the Website and other similar information. 

    3. Where any Student is below the age of eighteen (18) he/she will be asked to provide contact information of their parent(s) or guardian which we may use to request their authorisation for your use of the Website. 

    4. We keep track of the pages our Users visit within the Website. This data is used to deliver customized content within the Website to Users whose behaviour indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area. The Website uses tracking pixels to collect information that helps StudentJobs provide services to Users. Please note that any "do not track" signals sent by the User’s web browser or other mechanism have no effect on the collection of personally identifiable information by the Website. In addition, third-parties who perform data analytics for the Website, may collect personally identifiable information on the User’s online activities while using the Website. Third party affiliates of StudentJobs may have different policies with respect to "do not track" signals and we make no representations with respect to such policies.

    5. We will only use Personal Information that has been collected lawfully and all Personal Information shall be treated as confidential. 



    1. We may process your Personal Information as necessary to pursue our legitimate business interests and/or provide you with our services (except where such interests are overridden by the interests, rights or freedoms of the User). We additionally use Personal Information and other data to:

      1. make the Website available for your use;

      2. provide services you request; 

      3. provide other customer/recruitment-related services; 

      4. manage, develop and improve our Website, and other services; 

      5. perform our marketing and sales operations; 

      6. protect our employees, affiliates, Customers, Students and assets; and 

      7. ensure compliance with laws and regulations. 

    2. We ensure that the information is processed in a way that values your privacy rights. You have the right to object to processing as explained in data subject’s.

In addition to our own headquarters, a majority of our third-party suppliers and partners, whom we use to provide our services, or ensure the functionality of the Website, are based in, or carry out their activities in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).     2. Third parties under contract with StudentJobs may use cookies to collect Non-Personal Information about your usage of the Website. These third-party service providers may use this information to help StudentJobs deliver services on the Website based on your browsing activity.



    1. We adopt standard data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of Users’ Personal Information, and data stored on our Website. 

    2. We endeavour to exercise our best efforts to keep your information secure. However, we cannot guarantee the safety of your Personal Information and therefore shall not be held liable in the event of a breach of security beyond our reasonable control. 

    3. We encrypt the transmission of your Personal Information (including any personal information collected from various tools on our Website) or use secure socket layer connections technology to ensure security and confidentiality.



    1. We hold your Personal Information, as well as any other data collected hereunder, only as long as we have a valid legal reason to do so, which includes providing you with the services you have requested, maintaining the Website, meeting our legal and regulatory obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing our contractual, legal and moral obligations. The length of time for which we keep different types of Personal Information can vary, depending on why we originally obtained them, the reason we process them and the legal requirements that apply to them.

    2. We may continue to store User data even after you have stopped using our services, including if you no longer have a job vacancy or are searching for a career opportunity. Information we hold about you can be removed from our Website. We  shall use our best endeavours to comply with your request for deletion of your information, however your data may continue to be stored and logged by any third-party organisations that we may work with from time to time to facilitate the services. 

    3. When setting our data retention and deletion timescales we consider a range of factors including applicable regulations and standards relating to taxation, payment processing and complaint handling, the need to prevent or detect crime or other misuse of our services, and audit requirements. To fulfill our requirements, some of your personal data will need to be retained for a period of time after you cease to be a User. When we no longer need it to fulfil the above requirements, we will delete it securely. Where we wish to retain any information for analysis purposes, we will first anonymise it so that it can no longer be linked back to an individual. Please note that if you opt out of receiving marketing from us, we will still need to keep your contact details in order to suppress them from future marketing activity.

    4. In the event of a corporate change in control resulting from, for example, a sale to, or merger with, another entity, or in the event of a sale of assets or a bankruptcy, we reserve the right to transfer your Personal Information to the new party in control or the party acquiring assets.
